In industry, gain-scheduled proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control is performed for nonlinear systems using a look-up table (LUT) that easy to understand. Compared with the fixed PID, there are many more parameters of scheduler, and it takes lot time tune them. Also, ROM storage area increases. To address these problems, in this paper, we propose law sparse polynomial functions direct parameter tuning method without system identification. The used instead LUT reduce area. For tuning, data-driven formulated so can be applied control, optimal obtained by LASSO regression, which small contributing scheduler become zero, controller obtained. effectiveness was examined simulation two types systems. As result, revealed low calculation cost reduced directly knowing characteristics controlled object large number gain scheduler.
